I was recently introduced to ést.lab when I went on a media trip to Bangkok with the brand. ést.lab is the official skincare sponsor for this year’s Asia’s Next Top Model competition and we headed to Bangkok to attend the VIP launch event. It was exciting getting up close and personal with all the contestants for the competition, but what was even more exciting for me was discovering a new skincare brand…that works.
One of the best skin tips that I’ve received is to ‘always check the ingredient list’. When it comes to skincare, we are sometimes easily sold by pretty packaging (I’m guilty of this) or marketing language that promises ‘bright, clear, youthful, flawless skin’. One way to cut through all that to find the most effective products for your skin is to look at the ingredient list so that you can give your skin what it really needs to solve any issues or problems.
So many of you DM-ed me on Instagram to share with me about your skin issues after I published my previous post sharing about my skin story. Thank you for taking the time to read and for leaving me comments. I love talking to each and every one of you and as I mentioned previously, it was a long process of trial and error for me, so I hope that by sharing my experience, it can help some of you.
For today’s post, I will share about the vitamins and supplements that I take for my skin and also some of the foods that I avoid.
I can’t believe that it’s been 3 months since I went to Taipei with Fancl. Is it just me, or do you find that time is absolutely flying by like crazy this year? I’ve been meaning to blog about this trip because we went to so many amazing places that I have to share with all of you. So, here goes!
Right after facial – some marks on my forehead from squeezing to unclog the whiteheads. The marks usually disappear really quickly in an hour or so…and ignore my sparse lashes. I was due to have a new set replaced.
