I love Clifford Pier and The Fullerton Bay Hotel. I admit that the food (except the lobster roll) and service is rather…blah…but the ambience kinda makes up for it. I had a wonderful celebration with my family there. These days, family outings revolve around the ‘lil boo, Elliott and we have our dinners really early at 6pm so that he gets home by 8+ for bed. No one is complaining. I/We love this ‘lil boy to bits and I think in my eyes, he’ll do no wrong – even when he’s constantly trying to strangle me by pulling on my necklace. I almost thought my Chanel necklace was going to break.
It was really nice when the waiters brought out a birthday cake for me and when the pianist broke into a birthday song. Everyone in the restaurant sang along! Do note that if you’re going to do a birthday celebration at this restaurant, they do not allow you to consume cakes from outside. Neither will they refrigerate the cake for you. They make it up by providing you with one. 🙂
